2007-11-30 20:44:00
Here's a simple schema to show what is meant by signing an application : You need to have 3 things:An account at www.symbiansigned.com SignSIS Files DevCert Request Tool To get an account at Symbian Signed you must have a non-public e-mail address (yahoo and hotmail do not work). Then you must have the SignSIS files (it is attached for you in the thread) and the DevCert Request Tool. to get the latter go to: DevCert Request Tool. Install the tool on your PC.Now the signing process starts:Part One1. Create a folder and put the unsigned sis file as well as the 2 SignSIS files in it. 2. Open the installed tool. 3. create an output in the same folder as your sis file ( I suggest you rename your sis file to something short and simple because this name will be used more than once in the process eg: abc.) 4. Subscribe to Your Own RSS Feed
2007-11-30 20:06:00
Darren Rowse at ProBlogger.net has a simple but incredibly useful tip that you may not have even considered - subscribe to your own RSS feed!. That might strike you as a bit of a strange thing to do. After all, you’re probably the one who wrote the posts in the first place… and it’s likely you see your web site more than any other person. But RSS feeds are particularly sensitive. One small change and your feed can stop working completely. And you can end up losing most of your readers and never even noticing. I’ve been blogging for years, yet that’s exactly what happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I had edited a Wordpress plugin - something completely unrelated to RSS, and hadn’t noticed that my feed had stopped working. In the end, a friend let me know the RSS feed wasn’t working and I tracked down the problem fairly quickly. But had I been paying attention to my own feed, I would have noticed much sooner and not left my subscribers without any new posts for two days ...
The lobby scene - Bollywood style
2007-11-29 01:06:00
Look familiar? It's the famous "lobby scene" from The Matrix shamelessly copied by a Bollywood movie called "Awara Pagal Deewana". The part where Neo does the flip is even completely ripped from The Matrix and photoshopped with the Indian actor's face. Amazon.com Widgets ...

The Most Stunning Sonic the Hedgehog Artwork Even though the series has had some rough spots over the last decade, Sonic the Hedgehog is still one of my favorite franchises. In this latest installment, I’ve picked through an abundant supply of Sonic fan art to bring you the best. I had to weed through a lot of strange and obscure “art” to find them, but there are a number of pieces that not only look great, but also capture the spirit of the games and give a unique perspective into the franchise. I hope you enjoy them! (Also, check out some of the past Game Art collections) read more | digg story Amazon.com Widgets ...
Nintendo Sells Over 650,000 Wii's in Two Weeks
2007-11-28 23:04:00
Wiis are flying off shelves still. Earlier today, Nintendo revealed that they have sold more Wii systems in the last two weeks than in any week since the systems initial launch last November.Nintendo has reportedly sold over 350,000 Wii systems last week, during the Thanksgiving holiday, whereas they moved over 300,000 the week prior. The last time sales were this high in a two week time frame was when the system launched and sold over 600,000 units in its first eight days of release."I couldn't find a single Wii system on the shelves - literally as I was walking into a Wal-Mart at 11 a.m., someone was walking out with the last one," stated Fils-Aime. "Consumers are buying every game we can put into the system."Earlier this year, Nintendo predicted that they would sell 17.5 million Wii systems before the end of the fiscal year, which ends on March 31. Currently, Nintendo is manufacturing 1.8 million Wii systems a month to reach demand worldwide. By : Matt Furtadoread more | digg ...
The 18 Greatest Video Game Endings Ever
2007-11-28 21:49:00
What Made it Great: Players who completed the original God of War in its entirety were treated to a final cinematic where Kratos impaled the chest of Ares with a massive sword causing the dying God of War to make gurgling noises as blood sprayed out of his punctured torso. And if this gruesome scene wasn't enough to satisfy you, the video then goes on to show Kratos attempting to splatter himself by jumping off a cliff and the finale where the he goes on to become to new God of War. Deicide, suicide, and getting promoted from slave to God, what more could you possibly want from an ending? What Made it Great: A classic RPG like A Link to the Past couldn't have had anything but a satisfying ending, and that's exactly what this iteration of the Zelda franchise offers up. Basically we're treated to a montage of Hyrule's inhabitants and their various activities after Link dispels Ganon's curse. It's nice to see a lot of the characters you helped throughout the game and also loo ...
