An Owners View: Microsoft and Xbox 360 I am sick of them 2007-08-29 04:08:42 I have owned the Xbox 360 since they first came out (a long time ago) and although I have never played it more than a couple of hours as I work a lot from home, many of my family members Xbox 360’s are dropping down like flies with the 3 red lights. First lets make it clear that I do love the 360 and my games collection is over 40 games, but with the thought of it dieing one day when I decide to play it a lot more I decided to give Microsoft a phone call (remember facts are I am seeing problems with my friends and family 360’s). After 40 mins on the phone where did I get? In short they will only repair the 360 if I get the 3 red lights (even after telling them it sounds like a tank and gets so hot I cannot let my 4 year old son touch it), but guess what. They will repair the 360 if I pay them some money (although it does not have the 3 red lights), the lady from Microsoft Xbox 360 support did say she is aware of the problems they were sold with and that’s why they can repair ... Insurance Companies Breaking the Law: linking auto policies and home insurance 2007-08-29 03:57:54 It seems that two companies that serve Long Island have actually broke state law; both companies have used auto insurance as a way to decide if they are to renew a homeowner policy. The two insurance companies are Allstate and Liberty Mutual, and both have been told by superintendent of the Insurance Department, Eric R. Dinallo to stop this practice that Dinallo calls consumer coercion. Eric has also told other companies if they also drop homeowners if they use other companies to get their insurance to inform the department. The Insurance Department drew up this legal review because so many consumers started to complain about these insurance companies, Liberty Mutual has agreed to do what the state has ordered them to do and they have also said that they will reinstate customers insurance policies that they dropped. This health insurance figures are from the U.S. Census Bureau and it is for the year of 2006. Across the USA, people without health insurance is also at record levels, with 47 million Americans living without any health insurance at all. What is really shocking is that there are 8.7 million children without health insurance in the USA. You may probably know her from being one of the Not Ready For Prime Time Players on NBC’s Saturday Night Live. Curtin also starred in Cult favourite ‘The Coneheads’. Jane was born on September 6th 1947 in Wellesley, Massachusetts. She holds an associate degree from Elizabeth Seton Junior College in New York City. She currently lives with her husband Patrick Lynch in Connecticut. In between being an award winning actress and comedienne, Jane has served as a U.S Committee National Ambassador for UNICEF. There are other ways to spell this like gweduck, gweduc and goiduck. Geoduck is native to the Pacific Coast of both the United States and Canada. The Geoduck is the largest burrowing clam in the world, on average they weigh about three pounds, however the largest one weighed in at a massive 15 pounds and was 2 meters in length. The amazing thing about these saltwater clams are that they have a life expectancy of about 146 years, although the oldest one on record is 160 years this has to be one of the longest living organisms throughout the Animal Kingdom.
