Lincoln Mark LT pickup 2008 to be the last model
2007-09-03 14:38:16
It looks as though the end is in sight for the Lincoln Mark LT, as it is though that there will not be another one of these pickups past the 2008 model. The sad fact about this is that the Lincoln Mark LT will not even make it past the three year mark as Ford say that they are not selling as many units as they hoped. The thing is Ford had set a target of 20,000 units but the reality was only 12,753 vehicles were only sold by the end of last year and it is feared that the sales figures for this year are even worse. One reason that sales figures are falling is that consumers are not buying as many trucks as they once was, this is because fuel is going up and we are also trying hard to become greener as a nation and a fuel hungry Pickup is not the way forward. Many think that the main reason for Ford to pull the plug on the Lincoln Mark LT is that this SUV was heavily based on the F-150 which is also made in the same plant, and as Ford are planning on a restyle and engineering upgrade fo ...

One car that people will be looking at in envy at this month’s Frankfurt Motor Show is the new 2008 Mercedes C 63 AMG Estate, this is the sister car to the new sedan that is to be the flagship of the C-Class wagon range. The Estate version of the Mercedes Benz C 63 AMG will come with a 6.2L V8 tuned engine which will produce 457bhp and 442 lb-ft of torque. This will be one fast wagon as it will propel you from 0-62 in just 4.2 seconds and a limited speed of 155mph, not bad for an estate. As you would expect the C 63 will have all the goodies that we have come to expect AMG, so do not think for one moment that this estate will look boring when you stare at the car you will be in awe at just how menacing it really is. If you thought the 2008 Mercedes Benz C 63 AMG Estate was truly awesome just wait until Brabus get their hands on this car. 2007-09-03 06:08:50
Apparently the Single “Somewhere there’s An Angel” has sold 70 copies for £100 a piece making this the most expensive single ever released. Thurston Revival put ‘Somewhere There’s An Angel’ on sale for £100, says the artist, to make people realise that music is art. Dan O’Connell, who is the singer and songwriter behind the record, has said “that the single may be pricey, but it could make a good investment. Almost everything you read is built around a discussion of music as a commodity this brings the focus back to the music to be thought of as art.” He went on to say that CDs are getting cheaper and cheaper all the time, downloads are pretty cheap and somewhere there’s a message being sent to people that music has no value and we totally don’t agree with that. We believe music does still have a value.” What do you think does music still have a value? Would you spend £100 on one single? Written by Kerry for Product ReviewsIn S ...

Crude Oil Prices Weaker As Hurricane Felix Moves Away From Key Oil Refineries
2007-09-03 05:53:32
Crude oil prices were flat and fairly weak in trading in Asia today as new weather reports showed that hurricane Felix is going to miss key oil refineries. The main oil contract in New York, light sweet crude for October delivery, was down roughly 3 cents to $74.01/ barrel. These are some of the lowest oil prices that we have seen since August 6th. ‘The indications are it’s going to miss the US platforms so prices are trending downwards,’ Steve Rowles, an analyst with CFC Seymour in Hong Kong, said of New York crude prices. When hurricane dean looked like it was going to hit oil platforms in the gulf, oil prices increased considerably and oil companies such as Shell were forced to evacuate certain areas. However when the hurricane moved away, oil prices fell. But it looks like hurricane felix will miss key oil production areas as the hurricane felix projected path shows below. Where do you think hurricane felix will hit? Source Written by Roy for Product ReviewsIn ...
