One of the latest innovations introduced by Panasonic at the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) at Las Vegas is its P-DVR TZ-LC100 Portable DVR/DVD Player. The Panasonic AnyPlay P-DVR will allow users to take their recorded TV shows anywhere with them. The Anypaly P-DVR features an 8.5 inch LCD screen that can be folder, built-in stereo speakers, headphone jacks, and a 60GB capacity. Sony XEL-1: First OLED TV in the US

So, after being announced and released first in its home country, Japan, Sony announced at the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas that their OLED TV, the Sony XEL-1 will now be available in the States. The Sony XEL-1 is the first OLED Television in the United States and features an 11-inch wide screen and is only 3 millimeters thin. The Sony XEL-1 features a high contrast ration of 1,000,000:1, producing very rich and vibrant colors. The Sony XEL-1 has 2 HDMI slots and a memory stick slot. The advantage of having an OLED TV is that it can be 40 percent more efficient than a 20 inch LCD panel since it uses low power levels and OLED displays needs no backlight which eliminates mercury, making the Sony XEL-1 very environmental friendly. Well, Sony has just announced that the Sony BDU-X10S internal Blu-ray ROM drive will cost around $200.The Sony BDU-X10S internal Blu-ray optical drive will allow you to watch High definition Blu-ray discs right on your PC. Serial ATA is the interface on the Sony BDU-X10S and it has a 5.25 inch form factor. There's an included Cyberlink PowerDVD BD Edition software with every purchase of the Sony BDU-X10S so you can watch Blu-ray disc movies on your PC.
