They step off a plane, are welcomed by very hospitable people whose second language is English, do the paperwork and bang! They got a legitimate business here. Minus the ton of red tape, that's all there is to it. Pound for pound, US-based firms choose the Philippines because of the Filipinos' love for work and excellent English comprehension skills. Remember, the ability to speak English does not always correlate with understanding the meaning behind the words that make up the entire language. And this is where Filipinos excel!
