El sucesor del i600 de Samsung ya lo conocemos. Lo presentaron en la feria IFA la semana pasada y solo nos queda comentaros sus especificaciones y que veáis una imagen de este terminal de tipo smartphone. El Samsung SGH-i620 viene con un diseño más actual y cuidado, donde destaca un teclado QWERTY deslizante. En cuanto a su interior, estamos hablando de un terminal HSDPA con conectividad WiFi y Bluetooth A2DP. Como sistema operativo usa Windows Mobile 6 en su vesión básica. El teléfono dispone de una cámara de 2 megapíxeles, flash, posibilidad de grabar vídeo y puede actuar como reproductor multimedia de los formatos WMV, 3GP/H.263. MPEG4, WMA, MP3, AAC, AAC+, OGG y ASF, archivos que debemos llevar, al igual que pasaba con el F330, en memoria extraíble de tipo microSD. Samsung used to be a joke when it came to cell phones many years ago, but times have changed and they seem to be releasing new phones every month. We now have the Samsung Croix, which Samsung believe will be able to do battle with the Apple iPhone. The Samsung Croix has a brand new touch screen, the interface that this new cell phone uses in called Croix which means cross in French. The Samsung Croix has started its early like well by winning an iF Communication Design Award 2007. Although Samsung have said that the new Samsung Croix will do battle with the iPhone, it is not known how long we will have to wait until Samsung release their new touch screen mobile phone. But one thing is certain the interface is very clean and easy to use, so let us hope that this will give them a fighting chance against the Apple iPhone. LCD-packin' phones with internet connectivity have certainly been around the block, and while we can't imagine the demand being extraordinarily high 'round these parts, Samsung is probably hoping that a few folks in Hong Kong take interest in the SMT-i8080. The IP phone reportedly enables users to view TV on the screen, video-conference with others, tune into music, shop online (for realz?), and even reserve movie tickets. Granted, the more technically adept may prefer a more fleshed out interface to handle the aforementioned duties, but we certainly wouldn't quetch if The Man replaced our current cubical phone with this gem.
