Lindsay Lohan was sued Tuesday for assault and negligence by a passenger in a car the actress allegedly chased while drunk last month. “What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible,” Tracie Rice, the woman who filed the suit, said in statement, according to the Associated Press. “Someone could easily have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions that evening.” Rice’s attorney, Paul Hoffman tells People Magazine: “My client, Tracie Rice, thought she was going to die that night, and wants Ms. Lohan to be held accountable because Lohan’s behavior was so extreme and outrageous. Ms. Rice is still traumatized from the incident.” Hoffman says they’re suing for an undisclosed amount. No hearing date has been selected yet. Lohan’s rep was not immediately available for comment. It has been reported that Lindsay Lohan has been sued for allegedly chasing a car through Los Angeles last month by the woman who was a passenger in the other car. Tracie Rice has said that the actions of Lindsay could have caused her injury or death and is seeking unspecified damages for being inflicted with emotional distress. Lindsay was arrested on July 24 which was the second time she had been charged with drunken driving this year. In a statement from Tracie read by her LA attorney it said: “What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible. Lohan “put me through one of the most frightening experiences of my life,” Tracie Rice said in a statement issued after the lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court. “What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible. Lindsay Lohan must be having a rough time getting used to her new rehab schedule. A fellow patient named Jane P. has confirmed that Lohan did in fact check into the Cirque Lodge facility in Utah. The center is Mormon-run and has a fairly strict schedule: 6 AM Wake up call 6:30 AM River hike, followed by a brief meditation 8:00 AM Breakfast is served 8:30 AM Free time — like other residents, Lindsay is assigned cleaning duties — including cleaning her room and her toilet. 9:00 AM Community meeting to discuss what will go on that day. 10:00 AM Speaker meeting 12:00 PM Lunch is served 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Process group/workshops/experiential time — where patients participate in any of the following activities including horseback riding or gardening — which Lindsay did on Tuesday. Lindsay Lohan is undergoing a £15,000-a-month treatment plan at a mountain-side clinic that claims to be America’s most ‘exclusive’ - and hardcore - drug rehab centre. The 21-year-old Hollywood wild child has checked into Cirque Lodge, overlooking Robert Redford’s Sundance ski resort in Orem, Utah[.] But at her third and latest rehab, she has is attending daily 12-step programmes, cleaning bathrooms, washing dishes and doing laundry. She even is sharing a room with two other patients. Even though it sounds a lot more hardcore than Promises, it really isn’t much better. She is currently in rehab trying to sort out her shambloic life, but now reports are speculating that everyone's favourite reckless redhead is pregnant!   OK! magazine have said that friend's of the freckled one believe she is carrying a baby in her little tummy. Who's baby it could be is anyone's guess.   This is not the first time that LiLo has had a pregnancy scare – In 2006, photos showed a friend of the Lohan family carrying a see-through bag with a pregnancy test clearly visible inside as they went to visit her in a Miami hospital where Lindsay was being treated.   The Lohans denied that the pregnancy kit was hers.   So, if she is pregnant, maybe Nicole's little one will have a playmate.
