Monday: Britney Spears was charged with a hit and run and having no valid license in California. Charges for her crimes against humanity are still pending.
Tuesday: A stunt crew accident on the set of Batman: The Dark Knight had fatal results. Which raises the question, just where was Batman to help anyway?
Wednesday: UK’s comedy duo, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, are teaming back up for another comedy, “Paul”. Subsequent sequels are suspected: “Peter” and “Mary”.
Thursday: Phil Spector and his hair escaped court through a deadlock jury though the DA promises a retrial. I don’t blame the jury though, deciding whether his best look was curly or straight is a tough call.
Friday: South Park creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker are bringing some Canadian humor to the U.S. with “Kenny vs. Spenny”. Hey, what’s that all a-boot?

Monday: The walking disaster that is Britney Spears was trying to place blame for Sunday’s VMA performance bomb on Sarah Silverman’s jokes. Those make me lip-sync like crap too, so I can totally understand.
Tuesday: Big Brother 8 kept me up until 5 in the morning following its final HoH competition as we roll towards the end of the season. It lasted forever, but was pretty exciting to watch.
Wednesday: Russell Crowe, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Ridley Scott are teaming up for their next film project, “Body of Lies”.
Thursday: Angelina Jolie discusses how she is “desperate” to have more kids. Obsessive much?

Thursday: Move over Tom Selleck. Looks like Nicolas Cage may be taking over the movie role of Magnum PI. Sigh.
Friday: Britney Spears will be opening the MTV VMAs on Sunday. I’m hoping for an Ashley Simpson style lip-sync foul up with Spears’ performance.
