Dell makes big profits because of Notebook booming. The world-wide second largest PC manufacturer Dell increased his profit to a strong Notebook demand the last quarter. In the third quarter of the financial year 2007/2008 Dell earned 766 million US Dollar. The conversion rose in the comparison to the previous year around 9 per cent on 15.65 billion dollar. In the open market trade the Dell share still increased in the course of the day lost clearly at value. Analysts had expected among other things a higher profit.

Michael Dell was born February 23, 1965 in Houston Texas. During his time at the University of Texas at Austin, Michael started a computer company called PC´s Limited. At the age of 19 he left college to run is company full time, which later became Dell Computer Corporation and in the end Dell Inc. A lot of companies try to become a big time PC sells company but only a few survived in the hard-fought market. Dell became the most profitable PC manufacturer in the world. In 2004 Dell had sales of $49 billion and a profit of $3 billion. Dell today does more than just PC. I my opinion they have the best gamer laptop at the moment (XPSTM M1730 ).
