| | 300-Page Apple iPhone Bill: Save The Planet, Don’t Use AT&T 2007-08-15 23:00:47
The millions of subscribed AT&T customers, clinging to their contracts thanks to the super sexy Jesus phone, which some people know as the iPhone, have recently been provided with a whole years supply of burning material for their homes. Seriously, the race is on for Apple-lovers across the net to boast their ridiculously huge iPhone bills, some getting up to 300 pages.
“It’s this mind-numbingly long itemized list that tells you nothing,” gaming editor for the technology Web site Ars Technica said. He said the bill actually refers to pretty much every item as “data” that costs nothing under the unlimited access plan. We recently informed you of the huge list of data transfers that were to be sent to us, but no way did we expect this.
So up arises the question, how many pages was your iPhone bill? More than 100? Let us know.

| | Nintendo Vs Apple: Lets have it, who will win? 2007-08-13 06:11:15
Nintendo Vs Apple: Oh this should be fun. You have had giants Sony and Microsoft going head to head in the next generation console war with Nintendo going head to head with them which has been pretty exciting but no where as exciting as this.
Big boys Nintendo will go head to head with even bigger boys Apple (oh man let the fight begin, so I am a sucker for a war between two massive companies). It has been said that Nintendo and giants Apple may be having a showdown in the handheld gaming industry market.
Nintendo have moved in for a patent for a stunning tilt sensitivity technology on the DS which come on will be pretty cool and of which will make the DS into some sort of portable Wii, but and a big but this new set up seem s to be pretty similar to that of the motion based accelerometer in the iPhone and Apple are too working very fast to add games to their hyped phone.

In the mobile phone world the Apple iPhone is perfect in design and technology; this is also the case in the automobile world with Audio. This is the reason why Apple and Audio have been working closely together so that all the iPhones functions can be used in all Audio car models.
The Bluetooth interface is optionally available in the complete range of Audi’s, what you get with the standard features of the hands-free functions are, (accept/reject call/hands-free). On the display you get to see the signal strength and also the provider’s name. The Audi also has a great music interface, this is only available as an optional extra in the A5, A6, A8 and Q7, and this allows you to enjoy the music playback from the Apple iPhone. Audi use the MMI, this means that customers can search through their music by artist, track title, playlists and genre, much in the same way as iPod users enjoy.

A recent patent application made by the big fruit themselves shows how they may be trying to incorporate their popular(ish) multitouch interface to new macbooks in the future. A great note is that the screen of the laptop isn’t the touch screen, but it is the touchpad that shall be incorporating the multitouch idea, widening it to the length of the laptop.
Having thought about the idea, it seems great, revolutionary even. Those of you wondering whether you will ever be able to rest your wrists on the extended touchpad of your future Macbooks, don’t worry. They are (apparently) already working on sensors that can tell what your hands are doing (uh-oh) and where they are, so they will immediately know whether it was an accidental nudge to the touchpad or a quick flick of the pointer.
If you ask me, I love the idea. I can definitaley see this working, but please Apple- make it good.
What do you think of the new MultiTouch surface idea for the macbooks?
Written by Ryan for Pro | | Should Microsoft Office Be Scared of Apple iWork? 2007-08-10 05:38:33
With Microsoft office dominating the market ever since word processing came out the cave, Steve Jobs created iWork which is a mirror of Office, created for the iMac. It’s no surprise either, seeing as Microsoft Office for the Apple is the best selling third-party software for the iMacs.
iWork contains all the same concepts of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel but as with all things Apple, is incredibly easier to use. It also looks a tonne better than any office programs on a PC. Selling for $79, will it be popular?
If you ask me, at the end of the day, no matter how much more beautiful or easy to use or convenient the new software is, you will never see PC users buying iWork. Why? Because once a market is dominated by such a large percentage, people become used to what they’ve been using; not everyone likes change.
Agree? Disagree? Let us know what you think of the iWork software.

| | What Do You Think of the New Apple iMacs? 2007-08-08 11:00:42
After showing you all what the new iMacs boast here, what do you think of them? Do the new iMacs meet up to your standards? Or is it the same as it ever was with an aluminium and glass case? Personally, I think Apple really are revolutionary when it comes to design. Manufacturers were almost scared of the colour white on personal electronics until a few years ago.
Thanks to Apple, the Nintendo Wii and DS Lite come in a beautiful white finish. The 30gb iPod comes in a sexy white colour. If you ask me, Apple really are the trend setters and you will almost definitaley see silver and black products from all sorts of manufacturers lining your shelves before christmas. But design isn’t what makes a product, it’s the specs that do it all.
What do you think? Have Apple revolutionised design for us once again with the new iMacs? Or should they take a step back and look to see how other people are making theirs? Let us know.

New iMacs, iPods? 2007-08-07 08:29:53
With the new Apple event coming up, Apple enthusiasts accross the whole of the internet have been taking stabs in the dark as to what we can expect on Tuesday morning. What we do know for sure, is that it definitaley is Mac-related. There have been three main rumours that have confused and excited us all, which I’m sure Apple is loving.
‘Think Secret’ has said that there will be three new iMacs tomorrow, and is even boasting prices for them.
‘MacRumors’ has noticed that Apple’s .Mac services will be down and not running during the press event, which leads them (and us) to beleive that that means that a .Mac upgrade is perhaps on the pedestal.
One that i truly want to beleive is this. ‘DigiTimes’ is saying there’s a good chance that Apple may well release a 16GB iPod in late September.
Of course, September would be the prime time for new next-gen iPods to be released, with christmas rearing up too. However, I don’t see why App | | Apple iMac Multi-Touch según el concepto creado por DogSolitude9 2007-08-05 10:02:00 |
