Indeks harga saham gabungan (IHSG) di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) berpeluang menguat pada transaksi hari ini. Pada transaksi Rabu (19/12), indeks menguat 11,74 poin ke posisi 2.657,977. “Indeks akan menguat tajam karena terimbas sentimen positif dari bursa global dan harga komoditas dunia,” kata pengamat pasar modal PT NISP Securities Djoko Rahardjo kepada Investor Daily di Jakarta, Selasa (25/12). Dia menjelaskan, bursa di dalam negeri diuntungkan dengan libur panjang. Apalagi, kondisi bursa global cenderung membaik setelah terpuruk pekan lalu. Indeks Dow Jones sempat menguat sekitar 2% ke level 13.549,33 selama pasar saham domestik libur. “Penguatan bursa global tersebut karena sentimen positif yang berlanjut,” jelas Djoko. Dia mengatakan, pasar masih merespons sentimen positif pulihnya sektor finansial dan minat investor untuk mengantisipasi kenaikan indeks seiring laporan keuangan yang bagus.
