Many feel that the fact that China is refusing to relax its currency policy its affecting the US economy, but market analyst Sam Kirtley of The Gold Prices Newsletter thinks differently: “The reason that we think a real estate crash is coming is that the US housing market has been over inflated by easy credit and the Federal Reserve printing masses of dollar bills. Countrywide Financial has been in a great deal of trouble recently, due to the crisis in the sub prime mortgage market which stemmed from the credit crunch. However, The Bank of America has agreed to help Countrywide Financial by giving the company a massive $2 billion in an attempt to calm the fear in the mortgage market. The Bank of American holds roughly $1.5 trillion in assets and it is the largest retail bank in america. This cash injected comes only a week after Countrywide Financial managed to get $11.5 billion in credit funding to continue its operations. Everyday it seems there is a new story surrounding the Justice League of America movie. So what do we know so far? Well, Warner Bros has a script and definitely want to make a movie. It’s rumoured George Miller is attached to direct, and Brandon Routh and Christian Bale are unlikely to be in the movie. So what’s new? Well today it seems that the film could actually be created using motion capture/performance, the same technology used for Polar Express and the upcoming Beowulf. Well, this makes a little more sense, as this technique would be better received by mass-audiences but the downside is, the film wouldn’t be ready until 2010 or 2011! This new deadline will give sufficient breathing room for Batman and Superman sequels. Personally, I think that, unlike with Polar Express, a Justice League of America movie would suit motion capture. Let's start off with a little back story. Countrywide spent the real estate boom times growing to be the largest mortgage company in the United States. They had very lax restrictions on who they gave loans to. Consequently now that people are worried about homeowners not paying their loans, investors have been focusing on Countrywide. A lot of investors on Wall Street have been selling Countrywide short assuming a looming bankruptcy. The problem is a Countrywide bankruptcy could have an extremely negative affect on the financial markets not to mention weakening the national real estate market. Having the largest mortgage company go bankrupt could lead to a massive loss of investor confidence and a run on other banks not affected by Countrywide's problems. A scenario that many of the best financial theorists dreamed up over the last week amid speculation of a Countrywide bail out seems to be playing out in front of our eyes. Bank of America has taken a $2 billion equity stake is ailing Countrywide, the nation’s number one mortgage lender. From Market Watch: SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) — Bank of America Corp. Bank of america corporation, the Wall Street Journal reported on its Web site late Wednesday, citing people familiar with the situation. BofA will buy $2 billion worth of the mortgage company’s preferred stock yielding 7.25%, which can be converted into common stock at $18 per share, the Journal reported.

Now, I’m sure the Hollywood Big Shots want me to die of excitement! Just when I was thinking maybe the Justice League of America won’t be made just yet, they reveal that casting for the movie begins Next Week! After Christian Bale’s revelation that he’s not be approached at all about the project does this mean that they are planning to recast the parts of Batman and Superman? This certainly makes more sense, I mean there was no way that Bryan Singer would push back The Man of Steel and Christopher Nolan wouldn’t give up Bale’s option for a third Batman film. With new faces for the film, the movie will be able stand alone from the single hero films. This is good news for the Superman and Batman franchise - if JLA flops (which I’m sure it won’t) then at least they’ll be separate from it. I couldn’t be happier when the rumour of The Justice League of America movie being fast tracked into production. I seriously can’t wait for this movie, especially as Ryan Reynolds commented about the possibility of playing The Flash in the JLA movie. Reynolds said, “[it] might, yeah. I don’t really know how much I’m allowed to talk about that stuff.” Yesterday, IESB sat down and talk to Christian Bale about the possibility of a Justice League of America movie. Christian completely denied being asked to take part in the project saying, “It’d be better if it doesn’t tread on the toes of what we’re doing, though I feel that it would be better if it comes out after Batman 3.” Could it be that they will replace Batman and Superman with new characters? Or maybe they’re doing a teen titan style JLA? I don’t see that happening and you can’t do a Justice League of America movie without the two integral characters. It has been rumoured for some time now that Ryan Reynolds is to play the popular DC Comics superhero The Flash in a big screen adaptation. The project fell through but Reynolds has now revealed to MTV that he might put on the red tights for the Justice League of America movie: “‘The Flash’ isn’t dead at all. There’s talk of it being a JLA movie, the Justice League having them all together. And then there’s other talk of doing a ‘Flash’ movie with [director] Shawn Levy,” Reynolds continued “[it] might, yeah. I don’t really know how much I’m allowed to talk about that stuff. But I’m sure they’ll figure out something. It’s no secret that they have a JLA script and it’s a project that’s in development – the contents of which, who knows. We’ll see. It has been reported that a screenplay for the proposed Justice League of America movie has been finished and received a warm welcome from Warner Bros. Although it doesn’t seem right to make this movie until the Superman and Batman franchises die down, the film looks like it might be fast tracked into production. Both Christian Bale and Brandon Routh have contract stipulations that include an option for a third “ensemble” movie. Christopher Nolan is highly unlikely to give up on a third Batman film to lend Bale over for the Justice League of America movie and Bryan Singer has insisted that The Man of Steel will be filmed next. It is said that Beatboxing is the art of vocal percussion, which means that she creates drum beats and rhythm, but Butterscotch does more than beatboxing she also sings as well.
