Loving Greetings in Jesus Name! It’s a great joy to come to you through this prayer initiative during this month beginning from the 13th of September. We would like to pray for our cousins and also very specifically for the Muslim nations around the world - taking one country a day for the next 30 days. The Middle East region that we are living in now was once upon a time a hotbed for revival. The Peters and the Pauls of the New Testament turned these regions upside down for the Lord. Most of the churches were planted here and the Gospel to the whole world was rung out from here. But the state today of the same region which was once visited powerfully by the Lord is closed to the gospel. The Lord spoke to me in a time of prayer that this is exactly like the situation in Genesis 26:18. In the book of Genesis we read, “There was evening and morning, the first day.” Ramadan begins in a similar way. Around Kuwait people will be looking to the heavens the evening before Ramadan. They will be interested in knowing if they will be able to see the crescent moon. If it is visible this will be the signal for the beginning of the month of Ramadan. (Religious authorities will make a proclamation concerning the beginning of Ramadan). No fasting will take place till the next morning. Many people will rise up early to eat their breakfast before the day begins. Afterwards they will not have anything else to eat or drink till nightfall. This will be their daily experience during the next 29 - 30 days. Let us read this story:- Mohammed Ahmed Hijazi an Egyptian citizen who has recently gone to the civil court to present an unprecedented case by which he is requesting to change his religion from Islam to Christianity in all official papers. Mohammed ensured that he converted to Christianity 9 years ago but he couldn’t do the same with his official papers. Hijazi who is 25 years old said: I have become Christian since I was 16, then I married from a Muslim lady who also converted to Christianity.
