They will do as much or as little as the customer wants. Some of their customers like to get their own fish and do some of the maintenance themselves, but call them in to do periodic service to check on their progress. Below is a sample of a home that was purchased that had a neglected pond in the back yard. There were about 100 fish living in the pond. The pond had been in this state for around twelve years.
