South Carolina School Board Considers Banning Spanking and Paddling of Students 2007-09-05 14:30:00 Is this barbaric practice STILL being implemented in United States educational facilities?! Amazingly so, according to this recent survey results: An Elon University poll taken this spring found 54 percent of North Carolina residents surveyed supported corporal punishment in schools. Forty percent opposed it.
