If installing YM is not allowed 2007-07-19 01:29:00 Web messenger application In our office, I am accessing my YM account through Meebo. I am sure most of you are already familiar with Meebo. It is an in-browser instant messaging program that we can use if installing YM, Aim, etc. is not allowed in our office. There are many Filipino employees who are using Meebo especially all of my former classmates at Thomson Financial! Lagot kayo ngayon. lolz If some of you didn’t know, you can access Meebo through 50 URL addresses and that is from their original meebo.com address to www2.meebo.com up to www50.meebo.com. That means that if your company banned the original Meebo site, you still have other options. As of now that is only what I knew but I have a feeling that Meebo will continue to add other secret links or addresses in the future for poor employees like me. Pre-approved Credit Card 2007-07-11 02:05:00 Last Wednesday, Chris and I received a pre-approved Metrobank credit card in our office. I was surprised because it was my first time to receive that kind of pre-approved card. I didn’t apply for it but the bank sends it in our office therefore leaving me no option but to accept it. Actually I have an option to decline their offer but the card with my name was already in front of me! therefore I accepted it. Anyway, I can discontinue the card anytime by just calling to their hotline... remember applying for this plastic card will also take one to two weeks.the first two are my old Metrobank credit cards...I'm always a good payer!Credit limit What is the credit card limit that they gave me? Wow! It is only P25,000! It’s a 50% decrease from my former Metrobank Card limit! Thanks God It's Friday 2007-07-07 01:38:00 Good morning Today is Friday and I arrived early in the office at around 7:30am. I don’t know why but I’m really in a good mood or happy this morning. Maybe it is due to the cloudy whether as the surrounding is a little bit colder or maybe because today is our washday so I am comfortable wearing my jeans, polo shirt, and rubber shoes rather than with my usual not so smart casual abnormal attire. lol In the office I first read internet business news and then the blogs of my friends. Running out of time - Stat! 2007-07-06 01:52:00 I have many assignments in Managerial Statistics that I need to submit this Saturday but until now I haven’t started yet. My goodness, I am getting crazy with this subject as the approach of my professor is slightly different from the usual way that I learned from high school or college. We are following the Sturgess Rule and other new international standard procedures. Tomorrow is Friday, it is supposedly my time to study and do my homework but shit we will have a company bowling that is part of our monthly management-employee meeting. I'm hoping that we will finish early at around 8pm. The book with a girl cover is my old college stat reference book,the orange book is our new book - all my assignments are there,and the red thick book is just my old stat reference book.I really need to study hard in Statistics!
