Santa Clara to Berkeley 2007-07-05 14:32:33 If there is something I dread doing, it’s moving. Whenever I have moved its been easy but still I have always hated the thought of moving. I have helped others move more times then I have myself moved. In the past, it was very easy for me as the only thing I had was my clothes, books and few daily use items. Now, things have changed. Problem is, I got no one to help me out as my moving timings clash with everyone else’s sleeping time. I am a night person, I do more things at night then in the day time but the world decides to sleep at that time. Another problem is, Berkeley is 50 miles from Santa Clara. That’s lot of driving…. I spend more time on the freeway then I do at home…. Good thing is that my brother is coming in 2 weeks so even though he is not a night person, he won’t have a choice but to help me. Hooked on Facebook 2007-06-28 19:39:38 I am finding myself increasingly being hooked on facebook now. I am not really one of those people who spends so much time on any social networking website but facebook seems to be little different, here are the reasons: - It is not blocked in Dubai - It has some cool widgets (you people know it as applications) - It tends to be fast loading without the annoying ads (I hate myspace because of the ads) - No spam (no fake profiles) - No add requests from random people (its a nightmare on myspace) - Nida is there (she still thinks face to face socializing is better than facebook but I forced her, she had no choice) ...

Why Are Muslims Fighting Muslims? 2007-06-17 14:14:38 Yesterday evening I heard Karel on KGO talk about the mess Middle East was in the last week and I tend to agree with what he said. The point he tried to make was that something is up with Muslim people, they just can’t stop fighting, whether it be against non-Muslims or just Muslims fighting Muslims; fatah and hamas, shias and sunnis. Here is my take on it; Muslims don’t honestly know how to agree on something, whether fair or unfair. One would say, yeah it is stupid to agree on something unfair but what about fair things, reaching a common solution? That doesn’t happen in the Muslim world. Muslim on Muslim violence is on the rise no matter where you look in the world, Muslim or non-Muslim country… its there, they are fighting. Apparently during 1994, Pentagon had asked for $7.5 Million to make a GAY bomb. What is a GAY bomb you ask? Gay bomb is an informal name for a theoretical non-lethal chemical weapon, which a United States Air Force research laboratory speculated about producing. Wikipedia The idea is that once it is dropped on the enemies, it initiates homosexual tendancies that would then cause homosexual behaviour. Common notion and stereotype is that gays only think about sex 24/7 so why not make something that would turn potential enemies into homos and they will be busy having sex with their comrades to fight against Americans. Paris Hilton Jail Sentence Sequel 2007-06-09 13:12:52 We all thought maybe the cat is now lose and the next thing that happened was her jail sentence sequel. She got out of jail thinking people will buy the BS that she is at the verge of nervous breakdown but her freedom didn’t last that long. What was she thinking? She is above the law? I agree that she has been put behind bars so that the LAW can teach her a lesson, I mean it was a minor technicality, she obviously shouldn’t have been jailed, usually people get house arrest for what she did but the judge was kinda stiff. But once you are in jail and you are let out, thats messed up. That just means that celebrities receive preferential treatment and that is also OK but atleast don’t publicize it to the point where it looks like some deal was struck. Stay in jail for 43 more days and move on with your life Paris.
