Banana in Australia 2007-05-15 21:40:00 My work mates and I were discussing the correct way to hold chopsticks the other day in a Japanese restaurant.I told them to hold the top stick with the thumb, forefinger and middle finger. Much like holding a pen or a pencil. And let the other stick rest on the fourth and the pinky.I had a hard time convincing them I was right.
