Marius inspired me to take pictures of him more than any other boy that's lived with me. Mostly because he enjoyed it and didn't mind my sticking the camera in his face, or pointing it at his dick or his ass. A great and fun model. Marius possessed an openness which was easy to capture. He only occasionally got pissed off at my camera's persistent attention. But I captured that annoyance as well. See if you can choose which ones show this. I didn't see Jarda in 2007 but I think about him a lot, still. When we were homeless together in hlavní nádraží, he became protective of me - always making sure I'd eaten that day if I hadn't made any money of my own, teaching me how to avoid the cops in the train yards, treating me, and usually at least 4 other boys, to a beer bust at Rudolfa when he himself had scored that day. Like George, he had the instincts, and pride, of a provider.

Despite the fact that he inspired the most posts, and the most angst, Marek never inspired me to great photography. I'm not that good to begin with, but he was always too self-conscious to make a good model. Instead of the liveliness I was used to seeing, Marek's face in a photo usually went blank.
