Missoula County law enforcement is finally complying with a ballot initiative that instructed the police and prosecutor's office to give prosecution of adult possession of marijuana the lowest possible priority.
A similar, but even more strongly worded, initiative could be next on the ballot in Denver.
No doubt the Feds will get involved at some point.
