Tranformers: The Album 2007-07-09 09:27:00 I have seen the latest live-action flick Tranformers last week and I must say Director Michael Bay did a very good job. Am a big fan of Transformers series since I was a kid. I remember am glued with our TV set wayback my gradeschool to catch Beast Machines and the Beast Wars series along with X-Men animated series and Ewoks. Back to the movie, the fact that the robots are computer generated, you would really think that they're real, everything is perfect except when autobots and decepticons are about to tranformed into a 20-ft something robot. They have to zoom it in to trick the viewers on where the parts are really going, and once transformed they'll have the "long shot". But still, I believed this is one of the best movie of the year to date. And seing Starscream survives the battle and leaves the Earth, well that concludes for a sequel. The Click Five: "Modern Minds and Pastimes” 2007-07-05 10:37:00 This is the first time I’ve heard about this group called The Click Five. After their lead vocalist Eric Dill left the band, critics said that the group won’t survive. And now, here they are with the newest addition to the group – Kyle Patrick plus their sophomore album entitled: “Modern Minds and Pastimes”. As I’ve said earlier, this is the first time I’ve heard about the group so I don’t have much expectation about the group like their genres, do they sound good enough that buying their album won’t disappoint you, but man, the opening act says it all. They sound nice very nice. Songs like Flipside, Happy Birthday, I’m Getting Over You, Reason Why, Mary Jane and Empty are well done with very catchy lyrics, the rendition and everything about the album. T-Pain: Epiphany 2007-07-02 09:04:00 This is really unsual for me to be hooked that much with hard-rap/rnb genre but I am really loving T-Pain's latest album "Epiphany". T-Pain open-up the album with some helpful definitions which goes like an epiphany is "the manifestation of a supernatural being" (definition No. 1) or "a sudden moment of insight or revelation" (definition No. 2). Contrary on some write-ups that I have read, yeah, his sophomore album has nothing much to offer but likewise I guess he really did well here. I like this album. A Week Longing for Naruto and My Upcoming Birthday 2007-06-29 09:27:00 Its been a long and tiring week, but what disappoints me is the fact that there’ll be no Naruto Shippuuden this week. All the while I thought fresh episode continues after a break weeks ago. It was just today when I checked Dattebayo’s site, much to my dismay found out that there’ll be no episode this week. And so I checked the preview for the next episode after the closing billboards and there, they said that next episode will be on July 5th.Looking forward…Anyway, I’ll be celebrating my Birthday two weeks from now. I am turning 24 this coming July 15th. I am not yet finish with my wish list for my Birthday but you can start sending your Birthday greetings here on my blog or thru my Friendster account. Beyonce's B' Day Deluxe Edition and Kelly Rowland's Ms. Kelly 2007-06-28 10:45:00 For all you know, since its Thursday, I am supposed to post Bleach’s latest episode. But I’ve changed my mind. I am sick with the continuation of the current filler arc – I just found the arc very lame with the entire Arrancar thing and everything. Fortunately, I was able to get a copy of T.I.’s newest album (T.I. Vs T.I.P.), as well as T-Pain (Epiphany), The Click Five (Modern Minds and Pastimes), Rhianna (Umbrella) and Avril Lavigne’s (The Best Damn Thing) which am going to upload over the weekend. So anyway, I should have posted Beyonce’s B’ Day (Deluxe Edition) album weeks ago but I can’t find the document file where I saved the link (along with various American Idol albums, so now I have to re-upload it). I even checked my Yahoo mail account to check the upload confirmation but everything is a mess. But, now I guess this is the best time. The Road Mix: Music From The Television Series One Tree Hill, Vol. 3 2007-06-27 10:21:00 Brooke "Brooke-ing herself?!", probably one of my favorite punch line on CW's One Tree Hill. I haven't seen yet a single episode of the Season 4. I am still awaiting my DVD copy, so in the meantime, I'll just rant on the Volume 3: The Road Mix". First and foremost, One Tree Hill is one of my favorite show - the naughty humor, bitchy character, storyline and of course the music being played on the show. The show must also be credited for Chad Michael Muray's career right now - being embraced by fans across the globe. As per the the 3rd installment of the Soundtrack, I must say I am not very happy with the album. I don't know but I guess there's something wrong with the choices of the song. Dashboard Confessional did very well while Tyler Hilton continues to surprise me on this album. This is his 3rd time collaborating with One Tree Hill Soundtrack. Bon Jovi: "Lost Highway" 2007-06-26 10:33:00 Bon Jovi is back with their brand-new album entitled: "Lost Highway". After playing all tracks, I can say this album explains why life is a journey and at the same time adventure. The band sounds a lot softer than the usual Rock and explores more into Country music. I am not saying that it's a must have album but having it won't disappoint you. The groups' collaboration with equally talented singer LeAnn Rimes must not be overlooked since they blend very well. Bon Jovi may have changed direction from Rock to Country on this album, but it's certainly no dead end. Album already out so grabbed a copy now. Miranda Lambert: "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" 2007-06-25 09:31:00 Here comes the sophomore album of Miranda Lambert entitled: "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend". This album stands as one of the best yet this year along with Maroon 5, Lifehouse, Good Charlotte and Linkin Park. Lambert is one of the best songwriters of her generation. Her delivery is always top-notch, though at glance you'll think if its Martina McBride that is singing, other than that its perfect. All of these songs shine with personality and grit; it takes pure talent to deliver every one of these songs, and Miranda Lambert is the best woman for the job. It was just this weekend, when I was able to listen to the full album while doing some take-home work and am telling you, it's quite relaxing. Hope to see her around on years to come. Adam Forgot the Lyrics?! 2007-06-21 02:48:00 Here is the video of the June 15th Maroon 5's Toronto show at Lee’s Palace where Adam forgot the start of the second verse of “This Love” and you can see Mickey laughing at him.
