Good Karma | Thanks for the Tags
2008-04-05 07:54:25
It’s almost a month ago since I received tags from Ate JoanJoyce and KCee.
Ate JoanJoyce shared me 2 tags, the first tag was about Technorati Authority Explode by ReynaElena and the second was Humanline by Monaco, while the Entrecard tag and another viral linking tag were came from KCee.
Thank you KCee for leaving a nice comment on my post, sharing tags and adding me to your blogroll without asking me to link back or anything. And also to Ate Joanjoyce for the tips about Entrecard, correcting my wrong grammar and giving me a discount on the advertisement.
I’m sorry for the late post. I already added both of your links to my Link Love page
Is there anyone who wants a good karma? just link me to your Blog or tag me with a link on your post then inform me about it and I will get back to you ASAP. ...

I signed up for PPP!
2008-04-05 05:24:38
Hi there people! Is there anyone who would like to congratulate me? Well I didn’t win any blogger’s choice awards. I’m just so happy because after relentless months of trying, PPP finally approved my blog.
I know that most of you already knew about PPP or PayperPost but for the people who didn’t, Payperpost is a website which helps content creators such as bloggers, videographers, podcasters and photographers find advertisers willing to sponsor specific content. The advertisers create opportunities “opps” that describe the content they are looking for (e.g. feedback, reviews, buzz, creative and video). The bloggers (sometimes referred to as “Posties”) then choose opportunities in their area of interest.
The nice thing about the PPP system is that you can choose what job you want to accept. So, it means that you will get paid for your post about the things that interest you.
I heard many things about PPP before but I’m not interested on it because I’ ...

Pro Blogger Test
2008-03-29 04:20:20
While looking for my current rank in topblog.com.ph, I accidentally clicked the blog of a Filipina named Lui Lakbayera. The first that caught my attention is her 2nd post about problogger test.
I’m so curious about it so, I also took the test and the result is Charan!
I expected a high score but when the result is shown I got only 55% “Pasang-Awa” ^_^.
Well its OK, since I’m not a problogger after all and I admit it. anyway it’s fun to take the test. give it some try Here. ...

88 Business-Growing Strategies for 2008
2008-03-29 03:34:38
After my vacation, I realized that the development of my blog is slower than the other blogs out there. While searching for some tips, I found a post about a list of 88 business-growing strategies for 2008 developed by Aaron Hoos
Here are 88 activities to schedule for this year to help you increase market share, improve profitability, and strengthen your business.
1. Submit online articles: Submitted articles drive traffic to your site when they are distributed to blogs and e-zines, but they also position you very well, especially if they come up in natural searches. Outline 24 articles and write two per month.
2. Create press releases: One of the best ways in 2007 and 2008 to get business information distributed online. Go with a site like PRWeb.com and pay for a higher tier distribution.
3. Develop an offsite blog: If you don’t already have a blog, create one. Blogger.com has a free, user-friendly interface. Link back to your website.
4. Create a helpful video: YouTube.com is n ...

Malu Fernandez Controversy
2008-03-15 06:25:37
To decrease the jobless population here in the Philippines, many blogger encourage their fellow Filipino into blogging.
But on the other side, there is a controversial writer named Malu Fernandez who is against on it and called blogging as a “SLACKER JOB” or a medium and pastime for lonely people to connect.
Malu Fernandez Became popular to filipino blogger when she made an irresponsible, elitist, bigoted, and discriminating comments in her People Asia magazine article “From Boracay to Greece” about Overseas Filipino Workers.
The problem with blogging….
By Malu Fernandez
Just this morning I got a text telling me to check out some blog with juicy gossip about the so called “Gucci Gang” curiously enough I logged on and read all the gossip and juicy details. Whether or not the stories were true I didn’t really care to find out nor do I care to be involved. It makes no difference in my life who did what to whom it was just a leisure gossip read and I was just one of the m ...

2008-03-13 13:29:23
I’m busy right now working on my two new websites. that’s the reason why I didn’t have any post these past few days. So how’s life? Hehe.
Last year when I joined in a Filipino community forum about SEO, I heard so many new acronyms that make me out of the topic.
I had to search for each acronym so that I can relate on their conversation.
While searching, I discovered that the acronyms they are using are called Internet Marketing Acronym. So here are some, hope it will help.
ASP (Application Service Provider) - Deploys, hosts and manages access to a packaged application to multiple parties from a centrally managed facility
CPC (Cost per click) - also known as PPC (Pay per click)
CPI (Cost per Impression) - is a phrase often used in online advertising and marketing related to web traffic. It is used for measuring the worth and cost of a specific e-marketing campaign.
CPA (Cost per Acquisition) - which has to do with the fact that most CPA offers by advertisers are about acquirin ...

Memetag and Technorati Authority
2008-03-09 03:43:53
Other than Alexa Rank and Google Pagerank I also want to have a High Technorati Authority.
Since Technorati is one of the leading blog search engine, improving your Technorati Authority can contribute to increase your blog visibility, traffic, and reputation in the blogosphere.
The best way that I can suggest to increase your Technorati Authority is to join on different Memetag.
So what is Memetag?
Memetag is an idea, project, statement or even a question that is posted by one blog and responded to by other blogs.
Wiki define it as a blog tool included in all posts that reference a meme
If you’re not familiar with it, the idea is that someone starts a meme about something, provides their responses to the meme, and then tags a number of other bloggers to pass on the meme.
Example:
A blogger invites five other bloggers to list their ‘top five songs of all time’.
Those bloggers publish their list, incude the memetag that links back to the original invite, then invites five more ...

Where is my Pagerank?
2008-03-06 03:08:25
Yesterday I’m so happy because all the bloggers that are included on my friendly tag have visited on my blog and leave some comment. But as I looked at the upper part of my internet explorer I noticed that the pagerank in google toolbar is now purely white and the alt says no pagerank information available. What the heck!
I know that this situation is not new to you, since many blogger already experienced this. And somehow loosing PR1 is not a dramatic story compared to the other blogger who have PR5 or PR4 then became PR0 after the pagerank update.
Still, I’m not feeling well about it. because, I’m the kind of person who, for example, I have a hundred sheeps and one of them disappears, I will try to find where that sheep is, no matter what.
But in this case hmmmn, I know where my PR is, it’s gone…
And there’s nothing I can do with that. Wish me luck next time. ...

How to write like a pro
2008-03-05 02:50:25
While reading some magazines that I borrowed from our neighbor, I found an article on Girlfriend Magazine June 2007 edition located on Page 55 entitled How to write like a pro by Gina Abuyuan. This is somehow related to blogging that you may find helpful especially for a new blogger like me. I just summarized the description so it start like this.
Having impeccable grammar and a great “concept” isn’t enough; there are irrevocable rules in writing one must follow if you’re considering making a career of it. Here are the 16.
1.Cut the clutter.
Simplify. Can any thought be expressed with more economy? Are you hanging onto something because you think it’s beautiful? Some writers like to hold onto certain words or sentences because it sounds “so original” or they’ve fallen in love with their own work. Be objective. Learn to edit yourself
2.Be yourself when you write.
Strip down work before building up again, this way you can develop your own style. Do not attempt to consciou ...

My First Tag
2008-03-04 13:22:06
I already changed my theme but still unfinished, I need to make a customize banner in order to remove the default one. I like this theme because it has three columns, four different styles and it loads faster than my first theme.
It’s already 1:30 Am here but I’m still hyper so I decided to make some post hoping that it will make me feel sleepy.
I want to Thank Ate Michelle for adding me to her links and sharing this cutie tag. I really like this tag because the two on the picture is my ex-girlfriend’s favorite cartoon character. So here it is.
I want to pass this to Ada, Euri , Ate Haze and Ate JoanJoyce. I dont have any idea about tagging but if its allowed to send it back to the sender well i want to pass this also to Ate michelle. Peace! ...

How to start a blog
2008-03-03 02:40:43
I’m already one month old blogger Yehey! hehe. Since you already have an idea what is blog, let me bring you to the next step, How to start a blog.
It was very difficult for me when I started this blog, off course I don’t have any problem regarding installation since my host has a wordpress auto install. But there are more important factors on heaven and earth other than installing a blog software.
Lately, I realized that it’s easy to start a new blog if you just follow a step by step procedure like this.
1.Determine a theme - First, Take time to think and decide what your blog is all about? What do you want to blog about? Make some plan about it. Don’t just blog about anything. Pick a topic you are passionate about. Something that you have lots of experience with.
2.Select a Blog Software – There are many Blog Software in the net today, but I selected Wordpress and Blogger to be included here because, I haven’t tried any other than the two. Besides they are used by ...

As I woke up today, I thought we’re already in the month of March but as I checked the Messages in my Inbox I noticed that it still February, February 29 a leap year. It happens only every four years so I think we need to celebrate this. Wish you all a very happy and successful Leap Year!!!

Make Money From CPM Ads using Pay-Ads
2008-02-23 00:51:24
Hi there people! I’m so busy these past few days doing link building and promotions to bring some traffic to my blog, so I’m sorry if I haven’t posted anything real lately, so here goes…
Has anyone ever encountered a situation in which you have a good traffic and your pay-per-click (or CPC, cost per click) ads is in pretty nice layout and color combination, and yet still getting less than on what you expected? I encountered that too, it’s like my visitors got an allergy in ads so even how hard I tried to optimize they were still lazy to click on it. Of course we shouldn’t tell them to click the ads or we will get banned. But still we can earn more money by putting CPM ads to our blog or website.
What are CPM ads?
cpm stands for “cost per 1000 impressions.” With cpm ads, you’ll be paid each time an ad is displayed on your page.
It means that even though there is no one clicks on ads, we still get an income as long as we have traffic on our blo ...
