Just in time for Christmas
2007-11-04 01:24:00
Click photo to enlargeIn having lunch with a couple of my male co-workers the other day we got on the subject of "men & women". One said that he will NEVER understand women. "It's just not meant for men to know what women want", he stated. Do you think that's true? Isn't it funny that one woman can say something that her husband did or didn't do and all the women in the room can relate to exactly what she is talking about. I'm assuming the same is true for men, but since I am not a man I can't verify this. It just makes me wonder why it is so hard for us to really understand one another no matter how hard we try.***Glad to know you're reading me in in your feeds! :) Don't forget to stop by and comment, though 'cause I'm DO FOLLOW!***. ...
Sensitive Teeth
2007-11-03 21:43:00
There is a new product on the market for those of you who suffer from the effects of sensitive teeth. This new product as pictured on my lovely toothpaste in the photo is called Biotene. Biotene® is a great sensitive toothpaste because it doesn't just mask the problems but rather, it resolves it!Biotene Sensitive Toothpaste is an extraodrinary toothpaste that combines the #1 recommended ingredient to reduce painful tooth sensitivity (Potassium Nitrate) with the #1 recommended system for dry mouth protection (Enzyme LP3 Complex). Reduction of saliva can lead to sensitive teeth, so this breakthrough formula can actually prevent sensitive teeth. When I tried this toothpaste the first thing I noticed was the taste and the texture. It didn't have that thick and gritty texture that most toothpastes tend to have. In fact, it went on my brush and distributed on my teeth quite easily. I didn't end up with the big glob in my mouth that I tend to notice with my regular toothpaste. The t ...

Cha-Ching!
2007-11-03 12:25:00
I just came back from a shopping excursion and I must tell you my friends, it was quite amazing to go shopping without my two little rugrats children by my side. There were some amazing deals at JC Penney's semi-annual sale. They had everything from leather coats to pearl necklace on sale. I walked away with a new set of Egyptian cotton sheets, and a bag full of new winter clothes for the kids. I was pretty happy with the amount that I spent. I set somewhat of a limit for myself and I stuck to it. I was happy to see that the shirts that I liked for Tyler were buy one get one for 99¢. You couldn't get shirts like these at a garage sale for that price! So, now that I've got this shopping behind me, I must venture into the wonderful world of laundry! It's just great when you look forward to the weekend just so you can get caught up on the house work and laundry that you don't have time for during the week. Yet, here I am...blogging away. *Sigh****Glad to know you're read ...
Saving Money!
2007-11-03 12:02:00
The following is a sponsored post_____________________________I love to shop. But, what I love better is shopping for a good bargain! I just came back from JCPenney's HUGE semi-annual sale. I got some 350 thread count Egyptian cotton King Sized sheets for $50! Can you believe it?! They're normally twice that price. They were half off and then they took another 20% off the half price! Whoo hoo. I was smiling from ear to ear when I left that store. I also got the kiddos some great buys. Shirts were buy one get one for 99¢. How in the world could a person pass up deals like that?!So, saving is a great thing to do, especially when you have small children who are constantly growing. When the seasons change, so do their sizes thus forcing you to buy new pants, shoes, shirts, etc. I love to shop at Penney's & Old Navy for children's clothes. They always have cute things, especially for girls. By using Online Coupons you can get 10 - 20% off your orders, or free shippin ...
TGIF

Good Friday morning to you all. I guess there's no feast today. I went to the HQ and last week's feast was up, so the kitchen is closed. I was home yesterday with a sick one. Shelby was treated for a kidney infection. They said we caught it early so hopefully it won't become too painful for her before the antibiotics kick in. I was home with the kids all day yesterday. After visiting the doctor's office, we came home and just kicked back the rest of the afternoon. Tyler was my little cuddle buddy most of the day. I love it when he's like that. If I'd get up he'd ask me to sit down b/c he wanted to sit in my lap. No plans for the weekend. How 'bout you?I've got to get around and get ready for work. Have a great weekend!***Glad to know you're reading me in in your feeds! :) Don't forget to stop by and comment, though 'cause I'm DO FOLLOW!***. ...

Dream Interpretation
2007-10-31 06:30:00
My good friend, Akelamalu from Everything & Nothing sent me a page from her dream interpretation book about teeth. As I mentioned before I have dreams of my teeth falling out quite frequently. I can't recall, however what events proceeded these dreams. It seems as though dreams of teeth falling out can be signs of trouble ahead. The fact that I dreamed of my teeth falling out and it included my mother has me a bit perplexed. I thought I'd post this interpretation here and let my readers decide what they think. If you need to go back and read the dream, click here (or just scroll down a bit).If you dream of a doctor pulling your teeth, you will have desperate illness if not fatal, it will be lingering. If you dream of losing your teeth you will have burdens that will crush your pride and demolish your affairs. To examine your teeth warns to be careful of your affairs, as your enemies are lurking near you.Seeing all teeth fall out usually means death or famine will prevail. To ...

Money for a four year old!
2007-10-30 20:22:00
Well, I may have to get a cash advance from my four year old. It seems that she and her father have had a deal for the past several weeks that he'll double her money for her if she can keep up with it from week to week. They started out with two five dollar bills. She wants to save up to buy her a bicycle. She's got $100 now. Dad gave her more than she should've gotten one week b/c he didn't have change. She has more than enough to buy that bicycle now. So, she'll be excited to go pick one out. She said she wants one with a bag or a basket on the front of it. She did try her luck last night, though. She asked Dad if it was time to turn her money in for more and he reminded her that the deal was over. She smiled and said, "Oh, okay I forgot." I don't deny that this child belongs to me! Way to go, girlfriend...a gal's gotta try!***Glad to know you're reading me in in your feeds! :) Don't forget to stop by and comment, though 'cause I'm DO FOLLOW!***. ...
Online gambling
2007-10-30 20:17:00
Do you like to play online gambling games? I know it's not the same as actually being in a casino. Just think of the advantages of being at home. You don't have to park a mile away and ride a shuttle over. You don't have to sit in the middle of a fog of smoke. You can get up and go to the bathroom any time you like and don't have to worry about someone getting your machine, especially if it's paying out well for you. You don't have to wait an hour on those dang waitresses to bring you a drink. If you're nice you might talk your spouse into getting one for you. If not, the fridge isn't too far away! I've found an awesome place online to find the Top online casinos. The information on this website is priceless if you're an online gambler! You can go to the top online sportsbook and find out the top ten online casinos. Their ranking is according to bonus size, payout rate, customer support, # of games, deposit options, graphics and ease of use. Would you like to kn ...
