There are shops, flats, MRT stations, vehicles, and parks. No countryside, no natural landscape. Every part of land is precious here and no land is being left untouched. No wonder all the frogs are gone, all the toads no longer be heard in housing estates. Though animals cannot talk, they have brains too. They also know that their 'homes' are no longer safe. Sunday and I had a strong feeling, a desire, a 'want' to go to church. How strange it can be! I never have this feeling before! How am I suppose to tell everybody that I want to go to church?? Christmas Day Gathering 2007-12-27 07:34:00 These are two Christmas presents the children had chosen during Christmas Day. They were wrapped beautifully and were very heavy. The children had chosen three other Christmas presents. I had not taken photographs of the three other presents. I were too sick to take the pictures that night. Yesterday my sister called me to ask me about my gifts. She wondered what gifts I had. I had not much 'hope' for the Christmas Presents at all. Every year, the 'Christmas Party' is always the same. There were eating, children played themselves, and the adults 'free roaming'. There would always be Mahjong session. The guests have no programs. I did not bring along my books to read, otherwise I would have better time there.My sister said I got a good deal. We stood at the road just opposite Riverside Secondary School. I saw the sculpture and I think my prediction is right. The sculpture looks like three people who are very proud and aspire to excel. Standing there, I thought that was the most beautiful art in front of me.
