It is scary to see politics in your workplace because to me, these kinds of politics are norms and rules made up by the ”Nazis” and probably a bunch of losers. They form little groups or cliques targeting newcomers or other cliques that they are unhappy about. Newcomers often find themselves leaving the company not because of the workload but because of workplace politics.These cliques often don’t work together and there are always communication breakdown, this often reduces the company efficiency and causes more problem. When departments are involved in these politics the situation gets worst. They would refuse to hand in work over to other department on time or push blame on other department when something goes wrong.
