Still, with production from the UK's "Mark Ronson" & the fact that the original vocals have been re-recorded, shows a degree of 'effort' has been put into the song.The only issue with the track is that Mary completely kills it, she out shines the original vocals completely, so much that they feel unnecessary. Holiday"."Suffocate" is a nice slow-jam, but that is as far as it goes, if this guy hadn't have sung "Bed", no one would seriously be playing this track. While he has all the ingredients to be an R&B superstar, I'm not so sure he will have the longevity of "Ne-Yo" or "Usher".I truly think that J. Holiday will suffer what I like to call the "Umbrella" effect, just like "Rihanna" with her smash hit, it will be hard to promote the album, when all anyone cares about is that song! While his past two tracks have been very 'Poppy', Take You There moves over a just little further into the Hip-Hop market, with its solid production & wicked beats.The video is pretty standard, nice setting, Kingston dancing in a way only he can & lots of good looking women.
