50 Cent recently responded to comments made about him by Wu-Tang member GZA aka The Genius.As reported earlier, GZA took shots at the G-Unit honcho at a concert in London earlier this month while he was ranting about how rappers like Soulja Boy are dominating hip hop."Recently I seen a video on YouTube and the video was of the GZA, that’s short for The Genius. Windy City rapper Rhymefest and associate DJ Mark Ronson recently teamed up to release a Michael Jackson homage mixtape, "Man in the Mirror."The disc features tracks entirely sampled from Michael Jackson and Jackson 5 songs."This was very important to me, seeing as how Michael Jackson is responsible for a revolution in music that took place when he dropped a fu*king bomb on the planet called Thriller," Fest wrote on his myspace blog.The disc was sent out about two weeks ago to Myspacers who asked for it, in exchange for comments and feedback about the music. DMX has two albums on tap for this year, one of which will be 'straight 'Give God the glory' ' songs. One of the albums will be a straight up Gospel Album that would be the first to be released from DMX this year. "I [was] the first n---a to put out two albums in one year, now I'm gonna hit 'em again — drop two albums on the same f---in' day, yo," X said from his home in Arizona on Friday. Ne-Yo Sues R. Kelly Tour Promoter for $735,000

A little over a month after he was dropped from R. Kelly's Double Up tour, Ne-Yo is fighting back — with a lawsuit asking that he be paid even though he didn't perform the whole tour. Ne-Yo is blaming an unnamed Kelly rep for allegedly instigating his dismissal in the first place.The R&B singer/songwriter filed suit in Los Angeles on Monday against the promoter of the tour, Rowe Entertainment, claiming breach of contract, violation of the right of publicity and unfair business practices for his termination from the tour after only two performances.
