Because they don??t need it and wont pay for it! The radio stations they have are amazing, great music great news and text scrolling to you radio from every station you tune to, with information ranging from song playing to web site info to general warnings etc. In addition to that all the European Union shares radio stations with each other; for example Rai radio from Italy plays in almost every other country and so on. In addition add to that that people don??t pay for satellite or cable there because they have the same system with the TV.
