This makes me glad I only fly once in awhile![Pilot Robert Robertson sits in the remains of his plane, waiting for emergency services.]IT WAS like a scene out of a movie. A small cargo plane, flying over a busy highway, began losing steam and doing cartwheels in the sky over Florida. Then it struck a warehouse, clipping its right wing, and crashed into a grassy swale on the side of the road — just metres from oncoming traffic. The pilot of the fixed-wing twin-engine Beech 18, Robert Robertson, survived, with only minor injuries. President Bush announced Saturday that he will be vetoing a measure by Congress to expand federally funded Health Care for children. The measure, which is expected to pass the Senate and House next week, would expand Health Care for children in low-income households by $35 billion over the next five years, adding 4 million people to program; bringing the grand total up to approximately 10.6 million people. Bush referred to the Democrats pushing the bill as "irresponsible."
