Americans have the ability to fuck over a company if it fucks them over...A New Yorker who waited for hours to be one of the first to buy an iPhone is now suing Apple, says Apple Insider. Dongmei Li of Queens is accusing Apple of various sins such as "price discrimination, underselling, discrimination in rebates, deceptive actions, and other wrongdoings." Li purchased a 4GB model of the iPhone and now is upset that she can no longer resell her purchase for the same profit that someone who bought one after the price drop. She's also upset that her phone has already been discontinued. The $100 store credit offer didn't placate Li because she thought it was unfair that Apple gave full $200 refunds to those customers who purchased their phones within the two-week return window. Radio Lovers: Matt Drudge is off the air... 2007-10-01 00:56:00 Matt Drudge of the infamous and famous DRUDGE REPORT has ended his 9 year streak in radio broadcasting.After nearly 500 shows, Drudge announced on tonight's broadcast that it was his 'last formal' talk show on Sunday nights. He claimed that it was entirely his own decision to stop for 'selfish reasons'. A break he says he has earned.It is important to note that all this drama was very open-ended in a way which hinted that he will be back - maybe filling in on another show like he has on Rush or perhaps his buddy Laura Ingraham -- Or possibly returning with another show? Who knows...I am suspicious that maybe it was bigger forces pulling the plug on his mic. I think he sensed it and cut himself off to avoid the pain... That theory doesn't stand steady in the face of his ratings dominating all other shows on Sunday nights....
