Nicole Richie will go to jail! 2007-07-28 13:49:00 Nicole Richie pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs and was sentenced to 4 days in prison at her court hearing yesterday (July 27).She has to serve four days in County Jail before September 28. (She served six hours in jail after getting arrested, so she got credit for a fifth day.) Lindsay Lohan arrested for DUI and cocaine posession 2007-07-26 01:40:00 As you probably already know, Lindsay Lohan was arrested for drunk driving and drug possession on Tuesday, July 24.Lindsay – who was wearing her alcohol-detection ankle bracelet at the time of her arrest – was booked for DUI, possession of cocaine, transporting a narcotic into a custody facility and driving on a suspended license. She could be facing serious jail time.Two Breathalyzer tests determined Lohan's blood-alcohol level was .12 percent and .13 (the legal limit is .08).
