The latest man to fall into the hard-partying pop star’s orbit is Matt Encinias, a 21-year-old college student who tells Us Weekly the exclusive details of his twisted night with Spears in the latest issue. In just five hours, Encinias went from being an extra in her latest video to pounding drinks and locking lips with the single mom of two in a rooftop pool at L.A’s Standard Downtown hotel.
Although Spears was expecting her two young sons to be dropped off at her Beverly Hills home at noon (as per her custody arrangement with their father, Kevin Federline), the singer had arranged to have the pool reopened at 2 am for the exclusive use of her group, which included then-assistant Shannon Funk and some hand-picked male extras from her video shoot.

Rumer Willis was spotted wearing this outfit. I thought that finally she had visited a self-help guru who had told her to be honest with herself about who she really is. This would make total sense that she would be wearing some form of a mental patient/dunce outfit. But alas, she was just wearing the outfit for a part in the new “Scary Movie” film starring Anna Faris.

Was it shocking when you found out Nicole Richie was pregnant or did you personally hear about it?It was surprising but congratulations to them. They’re good people.
Do you believe she’ll be a good mom? Oh yeah, she’ll be a good mom.

Pete Doherty banned from London

Shambolic rocker Pete Doherty escaped jail today but was told by the court that he was banned from the streets of London. The strict bail condition was imposed after he escaped being jailed - again - despite admitting four counts of drug possession and two driving offences.
The 28 year old was released on bail to give him a chance to stay clean with the condition he stays out of the capital for a month.

“Smile” singer Lily Allen is trying to wear a brave face after immigration officials unexpectedly revoked her U.S. working visa as she prepares for her upcoming tour. The songstress was searched and detained for five hours after being stopped at Los Angeles airport Sunday.
“Understandably she was upset,” her London rep confirms. “She has no idea why she was singled out for such treatment and found the whole experience distressing.” “I am trying everything I can to sort this situation out,” Allen said in a statement released to People Magazine. “I want my fans to know that I will do everything I can to be back in America in September. I don’t like letting my fans down and this is a situation that I am sure we can sort.”

Paris Hilton ditches her Bible and heads for a Playboy party wearing only her undies. The hotel heiress claimed to have changed her wild ways when facing jail earlier this year. She started dressing demurely and made sure she was seen carrying her Bible and self-help books.
Paris, 26, is now right back in the party groove, dressing in stockings and suspenders for a weekend bash at Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Mansion. The Simple Life star, who served 23 days in jail for driving offences, was joined by little sister Nicky. Blonde Paris initially covered up with a silver leopard-print coat, but later gave revellers a proper look at her skimpy outfit. Heidi Montag Bitches about Lauren Conrad

A day after Spencer Pratt fired an angry missive off to Lauren Conrad and her supporters via his website, fiancee Heidi Montag added her two cents in an interview with Philadelphia radio station Q102.
When asked how much she hated Conrad, Montag, 20, answered, “A lot. I think it’s really pathetic that she’s so obsessed with my life and my relationship. I really think she needs to concentrate on something else, it’s sad.”
She later added, “I never could be friends with a low-life like that.”
Pratt, 23, whose beef with Conrad is no secret, joined in on the LC-bashing session, offering a derisive “Ha ha” when the radio hosts made mention of her fashion line and calling the designs “stupid.”
Pratt derided his co-star further when asked if he was waiting for a tabloid to pay him for the dirt on Conrad. “I’m just trying to see if I even want to waste my breath talking about this stupid girl anymore.”

Britney Crashes into Parked Car

Britney Spears strikes again! The disaster-prone pop singer has left yet another mess in her wake - this time after crashing into a parked car. The troubled star was pulling into an empty space when she hit the vehicle - a silver Mercedes station wagon - while visiting a Hollywood pharmacy. After eventually scraping past, she then let her door swing out, hitting the car again.
She wasn’t injured, but left minor scratches on both vehicles. Neither of her children, Sean Preston, 22 months, and Jayden, 11 months were in her black convertible at the time of the incident.

Apparently the new trend in show biz is to accuse a comedian of being your babby’s daddy. The newest comedian up to the plate is Chris Rock. Kali Bowyer, a 35-year-old California woman claimed that Rock was the biological father of her now 13-year-old son. These claims were ultimately disputed by a DNA paternity test. Chris and his wife, Malaak, have decided to issue a statement regarding the test.
Last week it was concluded through DNA testing that Chris is not the father of Ms. Bowyer’s son. We have spent a tremendous sum to litigate this case and are asking our attorney to pursue all legal remedies against her. Additionally, we would like for any monies Ms. Bowyer has taken from the tabloid media based on this false story to be donated to Bulloch County, GA charities for the benefit of disadvantaged boys and girls.

It’s that time of year once again - “American Idol” auditions are currently taking place in Texas. The auditions are attracting the usual crowd of average, talented and also crazy people. This time round, some contestants are sticking to a strategy based on previous auditions.
“I know the game now,” said Davies, 29, who was booted from the show last season after making the first cut. “You can’t give them everything at once.”
I just wonder with the advent of “Hey Paula,” will she now be twice as wasted on the judging set? Paula cracks me up. I have never seen a human being personify the meaning of a horse tranquilizer so well. She makes Nicole Richie look like a total amateur pill-popper.
