Jessica has said she “either broke or fractured my nose” after accidentally hitting herself with a gun on the set of military movie ‘Major Movie Star’ in Shreveport, Louisiana. She says she can only carry on working thanks to the “magic of makeup” - seen here as it hides the bruises and swelling she says she suffered in the accident. Jessica is seen here in uniform, with “Valentine” written on one lapel, on set in Shreveport. In the movie she plays lightweight actress who enlists in the U.S. Army after a car crash.

New York Knicks guard Stephon Marbury has come out defending the federal dogfighting conspiracy charges against Michael Vick by saying that dogfighting is a “sport.”
“I think it’s tough,” Marbury said, according to Albany TV station Capital News 9. “I think, you know, we don’t say anything about people who shoot deer or shoot other animals. You know, from what I hear, dogfighting is a sport. It’s just behind closed doors.”
Michael Vick was an idiot for partaking in dogfighting and this guy is an idiot for backing him up. If you are a rich, successful professional athlete…you can have almost anything you want. What the hell do you need to be fighting dogs for? At least participate in something classy like getting arrested for buying a hooker or for having an ounce of weed in your car with a loaded gun. At least that would be normal in the pro sports world, and might even garner you a little bit of respect.

Bloodied and bruised Amy Winehouse stands by husband who ’saved her life’

Singer Amy Winehouse has defended her husband in a series of texts after the couple were involved in a violent row which left them both bloodied and bruised.
Amy denied Blake was the cause of the argument, 24 hours earlier after which the 23-year-old singer, who has spent most of the summer in and out of rehab for crack and heroin addiction, was seen with bandages covering her arm, blood-spattered shoes and a gashed knee.
And in a series of texts between the Rehab singer and celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, she defended her husband who she claimed “saved my life”.
Amy told Perez: “Blake is the best man in the world. We would never ever harm each other… I was cutting myself after he found me in our room about to do drugs with a call girl and rightly said I wasn’t good enough for him. I lost it and he saved my life.”

Venus Williams Launches Clothing Line

I think if you are any type of celebrity nowadays you have to start your own clothing line. It’s just mandatory. Venus Williams is the latest to join the parade and has launched her own women’s clothing line entitled EleVen. The clothing line will offer casual wear, footwear and athletic clothing. Venus mentioned her education at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale with helping her to create the brand.
“It’s helped me understand style, color, design history, putting seams in the right place.”

Nicole Richie Spends 82 Minutes in Jail

Nicole Richie served 82 minutes of a four-day sentence for DUI on Thursday due to jail overcrowding, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Accompanied by her lawyer and boyfriend Joel Madden, the five-months pregnant Richie entered the jail in Lynwood, Calif., at 3:15 p.m. for booking, listed at 5′1″ and 105 lbs. She was processed into the system and released at 4:37 p.m., a sheriff’s statement said. “Miss Richie was cooperative during the process,” the statement said.
The statement said she was released “based on her sentence and federal court guidelines.” Under the current sheriff’s policy, non-violent female offenders sentenced to 30 days or less are booked and released within 12 hours. Richie was “treated in the same manner as other inmates with a similar sentence,” the statement said.

More trouble for Lindsay Lohan’s family: Her 13-year-old sister, Ali, has been involved in a traffic accident after allegedly sneaking out of the family house. She was in a car that crashed on Friday night, family insiders say. Nassau County police will not give any official details of the accident.
“We don’t normally comment on traffic accidents unless there is a death or serious injury,” Lt. Kevin Smith tells In Touch. The accident, in which two people were slightly injured, happened at 7:20 p.m. on Friday, close to the Lohan family home in Merrick, on New York’s Long Island.
“Ali had snuck out of the house to be with her friend, a 16-year-old boy who has a learner’s permit. He had taken the car without his mother’s permission,” says the insider. “Luckily, she was not hurt.” Ali is currently with her mom, Dina, and other family members visiting Lindsay in rehab in Utah.

Lindsay Lohan will do Time

Lindsay Lohan will not stand trial for DUI — but she’ll do a teeny tiny amount of jail time. She just struck a deal by pleading no contest to two counts of DUI (driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher). By law, Lohan becomes a second offender (with two DUIs) and must serve a minimum of four days in jail. But the judge cut that in half by ordering her to perform 10 days of community service in lieu of two of the days. He also gave Lindsay one day credit for time served when she was busted. That means she gets a grand total of one day in jail.
Lindsay Lohan issued the following statement to TMZ:
“It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs.
Recently, I relapsed and did things for which I am ashamed. I broke the law, and today I took responsibility by pleading guilty to the charges in my case. No matter what I said when I was under the influence on the day I was arrested, I am not blaming anyone ...

Actress Katie Holmes, 28, and daughter Suri Cruise, 16 months, were spotted out in Paris, France on Thursday. They went to the Louvre museum for a quick tour and then to Avenue Montaigne. Katie and Suri then made a stop at Fendi and Lanvin. Mother and daughter had lunch at Laduree, between the squares of La Madeleine and Concorde.

The guitarist has shot feature-length adult movie “Dave Navarro: Broken” as the first in a series of porn movies directed by celebrities, in a scheme established by adult star Tera Patrick and her rocker husband Evan Seinfeld, according to MTV.

US Weekly has reported that all-around-douchebag, Spencer Pratt, is apparently so enamored with himself that he actually tears out pictures of himself from magazines and tapes them on his walls of his parent’s home.
“He literally has a shrine in his room at his parents’ house of all the magazines he has been in.”
What a chach!! This sounds like some creepy stalker part of a movie like Seven. I love the photo too, throwin’ up the W for the West Side. Yeah Spencer Pratt is the embodiment of hard-core gangsta. Since he looks like a little blond douche that is about only capable of caddying at rich country clubs. Somebody should have this guy fight Mike Tyson to set him straight. Now that would be hardcore.

A Little Creepy - Cate Does Dylan

I am all for Cate Blanchett and think she is beautiful and a wonderful actress to boot. But, I must admit this looks a little creepy because she looks like a dude. Here Cate is pictured in full get-up for her role as Bob Dylan in the upcoming biopic entitled “I’m Not There.” Cate is one of several actors (and actresses) portraying Dylan throughout his life. She plays him in the 60’s, while Richard Gere and Heath Ledger are playing him at other stages in his life.
The actress was reportedly terrified about taking on the role because of her gargantuan respect for Dylan. She spoke to the Guardian:
Blanchett told the Guardian: “I have always loved his (Dylan) music, but I’m terrified about this because I am besotted”.
