Jennifer Esposito and Bradley Cooper Agree to Divorce Terms

Jennifer Esposito and Bradley Cooper have agreed to end their four-month marriage, with the divorce going into effect in November, according to court papers made public Monday. Esposito filed for divorce on May 1 in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences and seeking financial support from Cooper.
The pair signed dissolution of marriage papers on Friday. The divorce becomes final on November 10 – about six months after the filing date. The financial terms were determined by a prenuptial agreement, which remained sealed, the papers show.
Esposito, 35, and Cooper, 33, wed in late December and separated on April 5, 2007, according to the papers.
She appeared in 2005’s Best Picture Oscar winner Crash, while he starred in the short-lived 2005 FOX sitcom Kitchen Confidential and as the bullying fiancé in the 2005 movie comedy Wedding Crashers. It was a first marriage for both.

Owen Wilson Did Attempt Suicide

“Extra” has learned from a source close to Owen Wilson that the actor did indeed attempt suicide over the weekend. The source revealed to “Extra” that Wilson has been depressed for the last few months, but insisted it is not over a broken relationship. The source also told “Extra” that Wilson’s brother, Luke, found him and that Wilson’s family and friends are shocked.

TMZ has obtained the following statement from Owen Wilson:
“I respectfully ask that the media allow me to receive care and heal in private during this difficult time.”
A spokesman for Cedars-Sinai tells “Extra” today that Owen Wilson is “in good condition” at the hospital. But the question remains: what happened to the seemingly carefree funnyman?
On Sunday afternoon, police got a frantic 911 call from his Santa Monica home. Reports say he slit his wrists and took an underdetermined number of pills. Paramedics first took him to a nearby hospital, then rushed him by ambulance to L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where friends and family are rallying around him today. Reports say his brothers and parents were seen entering the hospital.
Owen’s medical drama unfolded just hours after his ex Kate Hudson and her reported new beau, comedian Dax Shepard, were spotted kissing at a grocery store in nearby Pacific Palisades.

Hulk Hogan’s Injured Son Released from Hospital

Hulk Hogan’s son Nick Bollea, seriously injured Sunday night after his car careened off the road and struck a 25-ft.-tall palm tree, has been released from St. Petersburg’s Bayfront Medical Center in Florida, Entertainment Tonight reports. Bollea, 17, “is no longer a patient,” says a spokesperson.
The teen, who was featured with his family on the pro wrestler’s VH1 reality show Hogan Knows Best, was driving his yellow Toyota Supra down a four-lane highway in downtown Clearwater, Fla., when the car’s rear tires hit the raised median, police said. After fishtailing for several seconds, the car slammed into the palm tree. Police called Hogan’s injuries non-life-threatening, but say his passenger, 22-year-old John Graziano, is in critical condition. No charges have been filed. Police, however, say the case remains under investigation.

Jessica picked a rather impromptu time at the Teen Choice Awards to vent about a boy she knew from grade school.
“I would like to dedicate this award to a young man who has been on my mind for the last 19 years: Ross,” Jessica Alba, 26, told a rapt audience as she accepted the female hottie award. “Ross didn’t love me. I was pigeon-toed, I had a sway back, I was slightly cross-eyed, buck-toothed, I sucked my thumb.” She added, with a laugh: “Look at me now, Ross! Look at me now!”
I am really getting sick of pulling out the world’s smallest violin everytime Jessica bitches about being beautiful, getting movie offers and being rich. If only everyone had such a hard life wouldn’t that be great. Now I think I know why Cash ditched her ass, I bet she didn’t dump him like everyone said.

Katie Holmes flew back (from Germany) via London on a British Airways first class flight alone recently, and she didn’t make any friends onboard, according to another passenger. An hour after take-off the flight attendant advised passengers to close their windows so people who wanted to, could sleep. Everyone in first class closed their windows, but Katie refused for some reason. Hers was the only window with light glaring in and other travelers were annoyed. When the plane was a few hours outside Los Angeles and most flyers were awake, Katie decided she wanted to nap and asked the flight attendant to ask people to close their windows. Her fellow travelers were so irritated by her lack of cooperation earlier that they rebelled and deliberately refused to close.

I guess when you are Oprah you basically get what you ask for. The big O is apparently holding a fundraiser for Barack Obama on September 8th at her $64 million estate in Santa Barbara, CA. Oprah wanted some of her celeb guests including George Clooney, Halle Berry, Beyonce, Jamie Foxx and David Geffen to be able to stay at the ranch, the only problem was that the place was already booked for a wedding.
Page Six has reported that Oprah had her staff contact the bride to try to get her and her guests to move to a different facility! Sources have said that the bride and her attorney are not budging and are getting annoyed at Oprah’s complaints.
It looks like they budged, a little. The hotel said, “The wedding party did cancel a few rooms - but we didn’t charge them a cancellation fee because there was such a demand for the rooms that weekend.”
