Time for a little Lindsay update! I’ve been avoiding writing about the girl because I’m just tired of her but it’s good to know that she really is in rehab.
Lindsay Lohan is undergoing a £15,000-a-month treatment plan at a mountain-side clinic that claims to be America’s most ‘exclusive’ - and hardcore - drug rehab centre.
The 21-year-old Hollywood wild child has checked into Cirque Lodge, overlooking Robert Redford’s Sundance ski resort in Orem, Utah[.]
But at her third and latest rehab, she has is attending daily 12-step programmes, cleaning bathrooms, washing dishes and doing laundry.
She even is sharing a room with two other patients.
Even though it sounds a lot more hardcore than Promises, it really isn’t much better. It’s just as posh and privileged as those other celeb rehab clinics. Hopefully it will be a lot better for her though. [source]

Britney’s cousin Alli got served!

Britney Spear’s longtime sidekick and cousin, Alli Sims was served with legal papers at a party recently stemming from the custody battle between Miss Spears and ex-husband, Kevin Federline. The current custody agreement allows for the two to have the kids 50-50 but K-Fed is trying to change that because of Britney’s ridiculous behaviour.
Sims was leaving a party at a private home in the Hollywood Hills when she was served by Aaron Cohen of IMS-Security.
“Alli was really shocked and covered her face,” an observer tells PEOPLE. “[She was] really distraught and said ‘Oh my God.’ ”
Spears, who was also at the party, did not witness the serving of the papers, according to the observer.
Sims has been quoted recently saying that Britney is a great mom which we all know is a lie. And now she’s going to have to go to court to prove it. Good luck to her. [source]

Ushers mom skips wedding

When R&B star Usher got married to his ancient long-time girlfriend, Tameka Foster, on August 3 his mother wasn’t in attendance. Which of course has fueled rumours that she doesn’t approve of Tameka and who could blame her?
A source close to the family confirms that Usher’s mother and former manager, Jonetta Patton, was a no-show at the ceremony, reportedly held in Usher’s lawyer’s office, and she instead chose to spend the day at a spa in Atlanta.
The missing mom could add fuel to the rumor fires circulating after the R&B singer, 28, called off his lavishly planned July 28 Hamptons wedding at the last minute.
Other theories for the postponement include a dust-up over wedding details, a pregnant Foster, 37, being reluctant regarding a prenup (she eventually agreed to sign one) and a strained relationship with Patton, who apparently does not get along with her new daughter-in-law.

Lindsay Lohan is really shaping up to be the biggest celebrity trainwreck in a long time. I don’t even know where to begin with this one.
Lindsay Lohan was arrested again after a ridiculous car chase. Apparently her assistant had resigned and had driven off with her mother when Lindsay decided to chase them down. A witness called the police who arrived and took Lohan away.
The actress, 21, was searched in the police station and a “small” amount of cocaine was found in her pocket, says Santa Monica police spokesman Lt. Alex Padilla.
Lohan who was wearing her alcohol-detection ankle bracelet at the time of her arrest was booked for DUI, possession of cocaine, transporting a narcotic into a custody facility and driving on a suspended license, says Padilla.
Two Breathalyzer tests determined Lohan’s blood-alcohol level was .12 percent and .13 (the legal limit is .08). She also took a urine test, and may face an additional charge of driving under the influen ...
