After reportedly helping to break up rocker Tony Allen's marriage to British heiress Stephanie Allen, the Mean Girls star has now found love again in rehab. And this time, the object of her affection is the late Congressman's teen son. Chesare, 19, checked into the same Utah Rehabatorium as Lohan to battle a painkiller addiction last summer and friends claim the two have become an item. For the first time in 30 years, vintage Johnny Cash TV specials are coming to DVD. On Nov. 13, Shout! Factory will release The Johnny Cash Christmas Special 1976 and The Johnny Cash Christmas Special 1977. The 1976 show includes Roy Clark, Merle Travis, Barbara Mandrell and Billy Graham. The 1977 show includes an all-star tribute to Elvis Presley, who had passed away two months earlier. Taped at Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry House, it features Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis and Roy Orbison joining Cash on This Train Is Bound For Glory in memory of The King and more.
