Boy is this GREAT NEWS: ...the repressed people of CHINA have set up cellular phone coverage on Mount Everest at 17,060 ft., 19,095 ft. and 21,325 ft. levels.China Mobile hired yaks and porters to transport equipment to the station sites. (I wonder what YAKS and PORTERS TASTE LIKE?...CHICKEN?).All of this for use during next year's Olympic torch relay, which will take the flame to the 29,035 ft. summit. (...the inside bet on THE FLAME to carry the torch: ...Richard SIMMONS...). Apparently, a worker called the cell phone of China Mobile general manager on Tuesday afternoon and had a clear signal.The construction was reported as "incredibly difficult" because the oxygen level was only 38 percent of what it would be on the ground. (...apparently not as difficult as the issue of allowing your people to have FREE SPEECH). Immediately after the call workers began packing away the equipment for the winter; the station will be reassembled before the Olympic torch relay next summer.GREAT, NOW ...

She understands how important it is to take control of all aspects of her life. A real cougar is a woman of style and of grace. She is a leader who never apologizes for being successful — she has worked hard for everything she has received and appreciates it all."...this is yet another example of women learning how to be a bitch...and unfortunately, men continue to allow this behavior. Go ahead re-read it...notice the key words 'control', 'leader' and 'never apologizes'. I have a question: does she apologize if she's wrong? On November 13th, this blog and the blogs listed below will be on strike for the day in solidarity with the Writers Guild of America.As fellow writers and as TV fans, we are coming together to express our strong support for the writers and their goals. We believe that when a writer's work makes money for a company, that writer deserves to be paid. Many writers depend on residuals for a stable income, and that income shouldn't be based on an outdated formula which ignores the existence of new media and all but a tiny percentage of DVD sales. The talented writers responsible for so much of what we love about television should and must be paid fairly and equitably, and we will stand with them until they reach that goal. For everyone's sake, and for the sake of television, we hope both sides can come to an agreement quickly.After the blackout, we intend to continue our campaign to support the WGA until the dispute has been resolved fairly. Vancouver, British Colombia, Canada - Sarah of the Felions Dance Team didn't realize, presumably, that the December issue of Playboy Magazine would be hitting the newsstands in November. But there she is on page 26 in the current issue of Playboy, proudly showing her stuff in the buff as 'Co-ed of the Month'.It is clearly stated in each Felions agreement with the B.C. Lions that none of the dancers is allowed to pose nude in a publication during the football season.the story is HERELooks as if Sarah has been removed from the B.C.
