Michael Barrymore will not face charges over the death of Stuart Lubbock in his swimming pool.In a statement, the Crown Prosecution Service said it had advised Essex Police that no-one should be charged; Lubbock was apparently found in Barrymore's swimming pool 2001.Barrymore was arrested in June after police reopened the investigation.
