Police and ambulances were called to Spears' home after Britney allegedley refused to give custody of her children back to Kevin Federline. She was then taken to hospital after it appeared she was highly intoxicated on an unknown substance. Some speculate it's possible that Britney Spears attempted suicide, or overdosed, after she was labeled as a "special needs" patient at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, reports Us Magazine. After Britney Spears defied court-mandated visitation hours Thursday night by refusing to turn over her two sons to ex-husband Kevin Federline, police were called to her home and later a reportedly intoxicated Britney Spears was taken via ambulance to L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
