Foxy Brown has unleashed her latest get-out-of-jail-quick-scheme, insisting she is in danger of losing her hearing if she is not treated by a specialist in California.
The hip-hop star returned to court in New York on Thursday to ask for extra medical treatment related to her hearing condition.
Fox Boogie was called before Supreme Court Judge Jackson, and ordered to be examined by a doctor from New York City’s Department of Health and Mental hygiene to determine the severity of her condition.
As the jailed rapper left court, she begged the judge to grant her plea, saying, “I have too much talent to throw it away. I know I will make you proud and my family proud.”
She will discover if her plea has been granted on January 31, 2008.

After leaving the restaurant, the happy couple made a brief stop at a close by Starbucks, where Britney enjoyed a grande iced coffee before heading home.

Jeremy Piven has admitted to having a crush on burlesque queen Dita Von Teese.
The Entourage star was spotted shopping for two mini-dresses at a gift suite in Hollywood last week, where the actor confessed to staff they were for a “curvy brunette” he had a crush on.
Piven later revealed the dresses were for Dita Von Teese, after realizing he didn’t know her size.
An employee tells the New York Post, “He said he likes her, but it’s not official yet.”
Von Teese’s lawyer Keith Fink confirms the pair had met, and urges Piven to make a move, telling the Post, “She is single, and she’s not dating, so he should step up to the plate because there are a lot of guys interested.”

The rock ‘n’ roll pioneer, who had been arrested for several drug-related crimes, was found dead in his San Diego home on December 12, 2007.
Turner’s toxicology report revealed that his body showed signs of cardiovascular disease and emphysema, which had contributed to the 76-year-old’s death.
Chief Investigator Paul Parker said, “We are listing that he abused cocaine, and that’s what resulted in the cocaine toxicity.”

O.J. Simpson has been released from prison after putting his Florida home up for bail money.
Simpson was jailed in Las Vegas on Friday, following the release of a foul-mouthed phone message he had left for his co-defendant Clarence Stewart.
The message violated the conditions of the former NFL star’s bail, in which he was advised not to have any contact with his co-defendants.
On Wednesday, Judge Jackie Glass told Simpson: “I don’t know, Mr. Simpson, what the heck you were thinking. Or maybe that’s the problem - you weren’t.
“I don’t know if it’s just arrogance. I don’t know if it’s ignorance. But you’ve been locked up at the Clark County Detention Centre since Friday because of arrogance or ignorance - or both.”
After Glass doubled his bail to $250,000, Simpson posted the deeds to his home and drove off in a white Mercedes Benz. He is expected back in court in April.

He tells Newsweek, “I’m sore. I couldn’t even get off the toilet the other day. It hurts so bad. I don’t know if it’s I’m not co-ordinated or using muscles I never had to use before.
“My legs (are suffering). Having to remember ‘three, four, five,’ I can’t move and think at the same time!”
