Is RSS Geek errr…Greek To You? 2007-07-07 11:39:16 As The heat swelters on here in northeastern Oregon and the West in general, I’m starting to think it’s mushing my already fairly pliable brain up a bit more than usual. This week I looked into the relative health status of RSS, alternatively known as Rich Site Summary or Really Simple Syndication (as you can probably guess, I like the latter). I’m not going to go into the general anatomy of the technology for two reasons. 1) It will probably highlight how little I really do know about it, and 2) No techo GEEKS allowed here at Onequartlow. However, for marketing types or those aspiring to learn a trick or two on-line, RSS is alive and well, and evolving. Here’s a quick tutorial on the general concept.
